JASON MOE
ASSOCIATE PASTOR - WORSHIP & YOUTH Jason joined Valley's Ministry team in the spring of 2022. Prior to that he had served at a church down in Rochester, Minnesota for 11 years getting experience in many areas of ministry but mainly focused on Worship and Youth ministry. He and his wife Melissa have four sons. Jason enjoys playing music (especially guitar), writing music, coffee, disc golf, and any activity he gets to do with his family. Jason and his family are excited for the amazing opportunity to go back HOME and to serve and love Jesus alongside his valley family. CONTACT |

CURTIS ROTH
ASSOCIATE PASTOR - CHILDREN & FAMILIES Curtis has called Valley Christian his home church since 2nd grade (1994). He joined our ministry team in January 2022 and is thrilled to put his passion for Jesus, ministry training and creativity to Kingdom use by serving our children and their families. Curtis and his wife Abbey, after spending three years ministering in NYC, moved back to MN in 2021 specifically to put down roots with their Valley family and worship the Lord with their everything. BECKY WATCZAK
ASSOCIATE PASTOR - YOUTH Becky and her husband, Josh, have attended Valley with their two children since 2008. Becky is a former high school Chemistry teacher, and loves using her gifts and experience to help Valley youth learn more about God and His Word. She loves helping people discover the character of our amazing God as revealed in Scripture. In her free time, Becky enjoys laughing with family and friends. CONTACT |

DON MOE
FACILITIES MANAGER Don and his wife LuAnn have been members at Valley for over twenty years. They are both active in various ministry teams at Valley. Don enjoys studying Christian apologetics and theology. Don has worked in IT for the past 25 years focusing primarily on collaborative services and messaging. They have two children and 5 grandchildren and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. CONTACT |

JACKIE NELSON
BUSINESS MANAGER Jackie, her husband, Mike, and their three daughters live in Rosemount. They have attended Valley since 2016. She loves helping people and organizations achieve their maximum potential and their greatest reach all for the sake of the gospel, and has had the privilege to do so in nonprofits, ministries, and as a stay-at-home mom. DEWEY ROTH - ELDER Dewey and his wife, Debbie, have been covenant members of Valley since he joined our ministry staff as Youth and Worship Minister in 1994. Since leaving that position, he has served as an elder with us. Dewey works as a technical writer and also produces two blogs (Almost the Truth; Truth Is...) and a podcast (Truth Is...). Dewey and Debbie’s four children are all grown and have provided them with eight grandchildren (so far). |

SHERI LYNCH - ELDER
I have called Valley Christian my church home since becoming a follower of Christ in 1983; and am currently retired from paid vocational ministry with the church. Originally from Iowa, I have been a Minnesotan for over 40 years and love living here. My joys are our Savior Jesus, my family (three adult children by birth and three adult children by marriage, and three wondrous grandchildren), as well as reading, walking, snowshoeing, chocolate, my Valley family and friends, God's creation, and much more! |

CHUCK THIESDFELD - ELDER Chuck and his wife, Jody, became covenant members at Valley in 2012. They are the parents of 2 adult children, Liana and Andy. An electrical engineer by trade, Chuck is known as Mr. Fixit and shares his gifts with Valley by working on electrical and flooring projects. Chuck recently completed 8 years of treatment for Multiple Myeloma and last summer experienced the miracle of complete remission. Chuck enjoys puzzles, sudokus, and ice cream. |

JOSH WATCZAK - GLOBAL OUTREACH Josh and his wife Becky have called Valley home since 2008. Josh is a solutions manager for a large multinational company based in the Twin Cities. Josh's heart for missions has come alive at Valley and he has been on multiple missions trips over the years. Along with Missions, Josh also lends his talents to the Worship Tech ministry at Valley. |

TERESA DOUGLAS - WOMEN'S MINSTRY Teresa and her husband, Kirk, have been members at Valley since 1993. Teresa has been involved with many ministries during those 32 years. Currently she is loving working with women, organizing different events that bring the women of Valley together to fellowship and dive deeper in their love and knowledge of the Lord. Teresa is a retired educator and is enjoying retired life by spending time with her 3 adult children, their spouses, and her 4 grandchildren, and traveling as often as possible. |

ASHLEY CHRISTOPHERSON - COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Ashley has been a covenant member at Valley since 2022. She's passionate about seeing fruitful interactions between church and community. She owns a bookstore in downtown Lakeville and enjoys getting to know the Lakeville community in this way. In her free time, she loves to explore new places with her husband, Seth, try new recipes, read books of all kinds, and spend time with their golden doodle, Wilson. |
