RECENT COMMUNICATIONS:

Hello, Youth and families!
It's another week to grow deeper in faith and fellowship in Jesus :) We hope you're having a great day.
Just a few quick reminders for this week:
First we're going ice skating this weekend!
This Wednesday is "last call" for youth wanting to volunteer to serve in some way during the Feb 5 worship service, so if you'd like to participate and haven't told us yet, please let us know! We'll solidify roles and send the official communication of the service plans by the end of the week. We're SO excited to see so many youth feeling empowered to serve our church family and participate in pointing each other toward Jesus in that Sunday gathering!
Last, we're looking forward to continuing our Image of God study tomorrow night
We're going to look at the how our sin affects our ability to reflect God's character into the world. Our Scripture verses for our study tomorrow will be a collection of verses from Romans (often referred to as "The Romans Road") that walk us through our need for Jesus and the Good News of his rescue plan for us. If you or your student haven't responded in faith to God's amazing grace, this week's conversation may prompt some discussions. I happen to know that the baptistry will have water in it sometime soon - maybe this is a good time to make a public declaration of allegiance to our Good King!
See y'all at Youth Group on Wednesday!
God bless you,
Jason, Christina, and Becky

Just a few quick reminders for this week:
First we're going ice skating this weekend!
- Thanks to everyone who has let us know that you're coming, it really helps us to know numbers so we can make sure we have enough drivers.
- We're excited by the number of Valley Youth who have asked about bringing friends to this event - YES! Bring friends! And please let us know if additional folks are coming so that we have enough room in our cars. :)
- Yes, the weather looks a bit chilly. One way or another, we'll be gathering, but if we need to make alternate plans, we'll let you all know by the end of the week. EITHER WAY, plan on coming and enjoying time with friends!
